This Saturday we'll be dining at Chimborazo (named after the highest peak in Ecuador), rounding off our first full year of the Twin Cities World Tour! Our first trip to South America -- and to Northeast Minneapolis -- Chimborazo is an Ecuadorian restaurant with a "big heart and a warm and welcoming atmosphere."
